Pardon / Record Suspension

We pride ourselves on helping individuals get a second chance. Whether it’s to pursue a career, qualify for a license, or simply move forward from the past, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life with confidence and integrity.

A Record Suspension (formerly known as a pardon) protects you from unauthorized access to your criminal record. Once granted, only you can authorize its release, and convictions are removed from the RCMP’s active database. This opens up opportunities for employment, licensing, and more.

At My U.S. Entry Waiver, we offer a simple, user-friendly process for handling your Record Suspension application. We provide in-house fingerprinting and criminal record checks and can also retrieve police and court documents on your behalf. Most of the process can be completed online, but for those who prefer in-person appointments, we are conveniently located and open 7 days a week, including evenings.
